Prior to leading Kudos Strategies, Chris served as an executive-level trusted advisor to both C-suite, senior leaders, and board members. He spent time as a member and leader of high performing teams at Dell, Gallup, Press Ganey, and Prime Chief of Staff.

 

Chris has always been passionate about delivering workable solutions that generate results and ensure that the right people are fit for the right work. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, an MBA, and has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2015.
